Many factors may impact on the delivery times and if you order multiple items, the packages might arrive in different times. All packages will receive tracking numbers.
Please allow 1-7 days for the delivery to be processed (during busy periods e.g. holidays, customs at the boarder). Also do not hesitate to contact us with questions about your order!
When your order processing is completed and ready to be dispatched, you will receive automatically information about your order.

SASS DARLING is not responsible for any duties or taxes added to your order in the destination country, these are the responsibility of the buyer. But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
RETURNS & REFUND
Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy after receiving the item. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEM?
Please contact us to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write the return number on the shipping label.
Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your refund claim.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Samller accessories: pins, patches, temporary tattoos, shoelaces.
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
WHEN WILL BE REFUNDED?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CANCEL ORDER / CHANGE ORDER?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. But from the moment your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. You may return it according to our return policies.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
MISSING ITEMS IN ORDER?
Not to worry! Some items may be shipped out in different packages, to get items to you as fast as possible. Please check the e-mail sent with your tracking numbers, there you will see if your order has multiple tracking numbers.
